The fireplace that’s stands at the heart of our restaurant is called “Kamado” kiln.
Sanda Beef is a brand name Beef produced in Sanda City near Kobe, where Tajima Beef cattle are originally raised.
At Vesta, we carefully grill this beef in a special kiln fueled by Kishu Bincho charcoal.
You can think of Vesta is a theater where you can enjoy an extraordinary time to your heart's content.
In addition to the wonderful cuisine, and wines, the chefs and the waiters are all top-notch actors.
